1. Mission
Tymoshenko exists to give Ukrainian players independent, accurate, and understandable information about the online casino market. We believe a player deserves honest data not hidden behind marketing.
2. Editorial independence
- No casino can buy a rating position. The algorithm is public; the formula doesn't change for advertisers.
- Affiliate links ≠ editorial choice. We earn commission on referrals, but this does not affect scoring.
- Negative content is published, even about partners, when facts are confirmed.
- Editors do not contact casino sales departments. A separate commercial team handles that.
3. Fact-checking
- Author data verification — against primary sources;
- Editorial review — against KRAIL database and official channels;
- Legal review — for correctness of legal wording;
- Readability test — clarity for a new player.
4. Sources
- Official KRAIL documents (playcity.gov.ua);
- License registry;
- Operator press releases — with critical review;
- Our own testing on real accounts;
- Verified player reviews from our platform.
We do not use anonymous sources, unverified telegram channels, or unmarked advertising material.
5. Corrections
- Corrections appear in the article with an "Updated" label;
- The correction date is shown;
- Significant errors include a short explanation of what was wrong;
- Removed materials are not masked — their URL shows an editorial explanation.
6. Transparency

- revenue sources — affiliate commissions, advertising without content influence;

7. Review moderation
Each review is reviewed by a moderator within 24 hours. We remove:
- Insults, profanity, discrimination;
- Spam and third-party advertising;
- Obvious fakes (mass copies, bots);
- Disclosure of other users' personal data.
We do not remove negative reviews just because a casino asks. If a casino disputes a review, the player gets right of reply.
8. Team
The editorial staff is real people with names and photos, not an "admin" or anonymous board. Every article is signed by its author.
