21+ ONLY. Gambling is not a way to earn money
If You feel You're losing control over gambling, this page is for You. Asking for help is strength, not weakness.
1. Principles of responsible gaming
- Only play with money You can afford to lose. Never use rent, food, or credit funds.
- Set limits in advance. Deposit limit, time limit, bet per round.
- Don't try to chase losses. "I'll catch up" is the fastest path to addiction.
- Take breaks. Every 30 minutes — stand up, drink water, look out the window.
- Don't play under influence of alcohol or stress.
- Gambling should be entertainment, not Your only pastime.
2. Signs of gambling addiction
If at least one of the following describes You — see a specialist:
- You spend more than planned, regularly;
- You can't stop even when losing;
- You use household money or credit for gambling;
- You lie to loved ones about amounts spent;
- You play to "escape" problems or stress;
