One of dozens of similar ones that have appeared over the past six months under reviews of GGBET. It is not unique — and that is precisely why it is worth analyzing why the declared “up to 5 working days” regularly turns into 4-7 days of waiting with repeated KYC, “technical checks,” and brush-offs from support.
What the official site says
On the withdrawal page, ggbet.ua writes: standard term — up to 5 working days. For PUMB cards — from 1 to 1.5 hours. This was confirmed in tech support. Withdrawal method — only to the card (or other method) from which the deposit was made — a standard condition of all licensed bookmakers in Ukraine.
What’s also important: only Ukrainian bank cards. There are no cryptocurrencies, e-money wallets, or transfers between accounts. This is not a GGBET restriction, but the KRAIL license — the law requires that all fund movements be transparent and tied to a verified person.
What the law says
KRAIL in its regulations requires that the payout be made within 24 hours after the player submits an application — provided that at the time of application the data is verified, limits are not violated, and there are no grounds for additional verification.
